I believe we are relational creatures designed to live in intimate relationship with God, Self, and Others and attention must be given to all three in order to experience deep transformation and abundant Life. In addition, we have all experienced pain due to the actions of others, as well as causing harm to ourselves and others by our own actions. If we have lived very long, we often find ourselves in need of deep healing. I believe the best place to experience that healing is in a safe relationship.

I love my work and enjoy working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. My interests include family and relationship issues, early adulthood, identity issues, boundaries and codependency, power and control in relationships, divorce adjustment, parenting, spiritual issues and abuse, evolving or shifting faith, other counselors and therapists, and church leadership.

I hold bachelor's degrees in English literature and Journalism and received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2009. I have previously worked with Daystar Counseling Ministries, YMCA's Restore Ministries, Integrity House, and The Refuge Center for Counseling.
